Guests needing a late check in are asked to contact the property at least 5 days before arrival. Please note late check in service is only possible upon prior arrangement. Please note late check in service will incur an additional charge of GBP 20. The late check-in is available only till 00:00.
Any damage caused, guests will be charge additionally.
On arrival all the guests are obliged to provide the credit card used for booking and ID (passport, driving licence). Lack of this of documents causes cancellation of the booking without refund. All reservations need to provided name/surname of each guest who will stay at the property. All the guests need to provide ID on arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform London Lawrence Road Room to Let in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

日前資深體育主播傅達仁與兒子傅俊豪一同錄製《樂活有方》，節目中父子情深自然流露，內斂的傅俊豪更是感性說出：「爸爸我愛你！」讓傅達仁聽了非常激動，也立即回應：「兒子我也愛你。」罹癌的傅達仁即使病體虛弱，但對於人生無常他仍樂觀面對。
傅達仁透露平時都叫兒子駒寶，表示：「因為他是馬年生，所以就取了這小名。」傅俊豪遺傳到傅達仁的身高，外型高瘦個性內斂，提及這一路照顧爸爸的心情，他則說：「外人看會以為我們照顧起來很辛苦，但身為家人，我們一點都不會覺得辛苦，這是應該的。」傅達仁在一旁聽了這番話，很感動兒子這份孝心。傅俊豪也說，「爸爸最怕的就是要插管，很折磨的走。」

當主持人張雅芳問到傅俊豪是否有什麼話想對父親說，他原本回答：「沒有。」只見傅達仁坐在一旁搭著兒子的肩，且溫柔的說：「我走了你安心嗎？」兒子聽了情緒久久無法言語，靜默好久後，對著傅達仁感性吐露，「爸爸，我愛你！」這無預期的一句話讓傅達仁非常激動，「這句話等於千言萬語。」接著也回應，「兒子我愛你。」父子間的真情流露，讓在場的人也為之動容。
